I decided this morning to join up a 30 day yoga class challenge. I have wanted to start a regular yoga practice for a very long time but have never been able to pull it off. So when I saw the challenge I decided to sign up and give it a go. Didn’t put much thought into it! Just pulled the trigger and am going for it.

I was nervous going to Day 1 – I am so out of shape and stiff and carrying around 25 extra pounds. But I am glad I went. Just need to take it one day at a time.
