I am one third of the way through the 30-day yoga challenge. Some observations so far:

  1.  Committing to posting after practice has  helped with accountability. Especially on days where I might have talked myself into skipping a class. Guess I really am an Obliger with a pinch of Upholder.
  2. A regular practice agrees with me. My neck and shoulders feel so much better and I feel like I am slowly letting go and getting some of my sunny-ness back.
  3. In order to make room for yoga, something else has got to be cleared from my schedule. Haven’t quite figured that part out.

So far so good! Will just keep on showing up on the mat and see where it takes me.
