Still working on finding balance to fit yoga in. Today was a two class day to catch up for missing last Tuesday. I also missed yesterday which makes for my last of three classes that I can miss and then make-up for in the #30daychallenge. I not only missed class yesterday but I MISSED practicing. I feel so much better when I do and would love to find a way to develop a lifelong daily practice.
For now I am still on track and still showing up on the mat.
